This is an essential part of our accepting you for training in a human health care modality. When the Upledger Institute receives a written registration, staff may need to clarify aspects of your professional information before it is accepted. We therefore regret that online registration is not currently a practical option, and ask that you mail or fax your completed form.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be subject to a £25 fee if made 15 days or more before the first day of the course. If made within 14 days of the first day of the course the fee deducted will be £50. We will transfer prepayments less the cancellation fee to other courses/dates, otherwise they will be refunded, less the cancellation fee.
