The goal for this class is to teach you how to better help the immune system perform its magic. To accomplish that, you'll learn how to communicate with different cell types to find out how you can help them improve their performance -- especially when invading microorganisms gain a foothold.
You'll study and "communicate" with the many glands and organs involved in the immune system: the liver, spleen, thymus, lymph nodes and others. And you'll explore the production of the various molecules of communication, including cytoxins and other molecules of protein, such as gamma globulins.

The course wil be taught by Hank Meldrum, a Canadian living in Holland, who has been doing this work for many years having trained with Dr John. In training to lead this course he worked closely with Tim Hutton who is the ombudsman continuing the development of the Immune Response courses. He is well known to many Advanced graduate for both his directness and his sense of humour...
They have a number of lovely rooms in the old part of the building and recently renovated ones in the new part. They have offered us a deal of £65 per night bed and breakfast for single occupancy or £75 per night bed and breakfast for a twin room sharing (ie £37.50 each!) if you phone the hotel direct to make a booking and say you are on the Upledger Course. This includes full us of the spa / gym facilities when we are not in class to help you relax and absorb the information... The venue is less than 10 minutes from Axbridge / Cheddar / Winscombe / Weston-Super-Mare so there are other accommodation options too.
It is 12 miles south of Bristol Airport, from which we are happy to collect you if we can, otherwise the taxi fare would be about £16. It is also not too far from Weston-Super-Mare Train station - about a £12-15 taxi ride. If you can are driving it is 10 minutes from Junction 22 of the M5. As usual we have a full information sheet we will send out on booking.
