This is one of my favourite questions! It’s one of the first things I love to ask people who show up for any of our classes – be it CranioSacral Therapy or Anatomy & Physiology.
There’s usually a story to it.
And its typically one of these 3 things:
1. CST has (often dramatically) helped them personally or their kids or other loved ones. It’s not even uncommon for the word ‘miracle’ to be included somewhere in their story…. And now they want to help others.
2. People work in healthcare in some way and want to work more holistically – to learn more about how to include the mind, body and spirit to help their people even more.
3. It’s been on their horizon for a while and they just ‘know’ that now is the time.
This morning we just started the Foundation course in Body Science for people wanting to train in CST.
I asked the question.
Everyone had two or three of the above in their answers.
(Moving) stories around how they had found their way to CST, how it had helped them and how they now wanted to pay that forward.
They are jumping in to learn about the body.
They will know more in 6 months time than I bet they could imagine right now.
In essence to be able to help others.
Is that why we’re all here, in a way?
What about you?
Get in touch if we can help you get on a path that is where you want to be going!
