Training from Scratch & Core Pack Check-in Zooms

If you are signed up to either the Training from Scratch package or the Core Pack you have the added bonus of regular monthly Check-In Sessions that are on Zoom, as well as a couple of Deep Dives each year.

You can ask questions, go over techniques, address clinical queries or dive a little deeper into some of the important topics that we don’t always get time to cover in class. They are also recorded so you can watch later if you can’t make it live.

They are on the third Monday of every month at noon for an hour or so!

Foundation Certificate in Body Science

Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology
What you need to know if you have no previous training

Run by the College of Body Science

Specifically designed for budding CST practitioners this is the foundation you need if you have no previous healthcare background and are aiming to embark on the Training from Scratch programme. Many folk have also found it hugely useful as a refresher or review if they last studied a while ago… Find out more here on the Foundation Certificate of Body Science , or on the booking link below.

The course material is all online and supported by weekly, live check in sessions that start in September or February and follow the material along. They are on Zoom at 10am-11am GMT/BST on Mondays. There is plenty of time for questions and some fun and useful review activities.

You can start at any time and work independently, and/or join these sessions.

Next start date for live check ins: 14th September 2026

Total course cost £1450, or 5 payments of £300.

To book your space please call us on 0800 690 6966 or visit  Foundation Certificate
