The third class in our core curriculum, SomatoEmotional Release 1 will move your skill set in CST up another notch. You will get more skills to work with clients and support them when emotional pieces arise during their sessions, and you will also expand on the mouth work we started in CST2.
In SER2 we’ll blend concepts from three schools of psychology – Jung’s work, Gestalt and psychosynthesis – with SER and CST. This will broaden the ways you will be able to help clients using the therapeutic imagery and dialogue introduced in SER1 to help clients increase their awareness of their own ‘inner wisdom’ and inner self.
